Our Purpose
Westland Developers & Consultants LLC is a newly formed company bringing together skilled professionals in the construction industry. We formed our team of experts to assist our neighbors in the Altadena and Pacific Palisades communities. We understand the devastation that they have endured and want to help them rebuild their dream home again as expeditiously and as cost effective as possible.
We know that there are some homeowners that would like their homes rebuilt the same as before the fire. We can assist you with obtaining the original floorplans of your property if they are available. If not available, we can assist you with drawing new plans and submitting them to Building & Safety for approval.
Other Options
We also can build manufactured homes in various square footage and styles. Manufactured homes are made with the same standards and materials as a stick-built home but can be built much quicker. They range anywhere from 1000-2700 square feet. The plans for manufactured homes are pre-approved by HUD. The HUD Code for manufactured homes establishes federal standards for the design and construction of these homes to ensure quality, durability, safety, and affordability. These homes are built to be fire resistant and will last a lifetime.
