Jimmy Valentine has been in the real estate industry since 1989.  He is a result driven developer forming various companies working as a real estate developer, real estate investor and has assisted his clients with obtaining financing.  He works with many lenders ensuring thorough documentation and compliance for all loan applications and successful financing.  Researched foreclosure sales, acquired and rehabilitated distressed properties, increasing their market value.  Collaborated with contractors to oversee new builds and renovations, ensuring quality and timely completion.   Excellent negotiator with local authorities to streamline project approvals and permits.  

James W. Groomes Jr. has been a licensed contractor for over 40 years, with his construction company  based in the greater Los Angeles area.  He is well-known throughout the region for his dedication to completing projects and assisting families and businesses in structuring, restructuring, and renewing both single-family and multi-family dwellings.  James gained his expertise as a General Contractor from Trade-Technical College and also acquired knowledge in real estate from West Los Angeles College.  Additionally, he has constructed multi-family dwellings, leveraging the skills he learned from both colleges.

Darrell Blake has over twenty years of experience of building and managing multiple construction sites from scope/pre-scope, design, construction to substantial completion.  Scheduling and supervising team from start to finish of the project.  Review plans and architect drawings to ensure accuracy during the construction phase.  Responsible to manage the projects equipment, supply procurement, and construction crews that consist of field employees and sub-contractors as well.  Project completion provided on time and within the budget.  Projects include homes, churches, gymnasium, office spaces, warehouse and public works projects.  

David Silva Arredondo has been in the construction industry for 25+ years.  Started out for the first ten years doing framing and then advanced to doing complete construction from the ground up.   He is skilled and very knowledgeable and completes his assignments within the timeline agreed upon.   David is an excellent project manager and works well with his team.  He resolves any problems that arise during the construction project.    

Greg Johnson is a master carpenter.  He has been in the construction industry for over 30 years.  He started out as an inspector for the Building & Safety Dept. in Compton and then advanced to DSA for 10 years as an inspector.   Greg takes pride in his work.  He can take a set of plans and make it a reality. Greg has supervised many jobs starting from the ground up.  He specializes in single family residences.  

Travon Morgan has been in the plumbing industry since 2010 specializing in commercial and residential new construction, service and repair. We stay up to date with all new plumbing materials and tools to ensure that everything is running properly.  Consistently delivered successful results on all projects, prioritizing efficiency and adherence to timelines and budgets.  Known for proactive approach and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.  

Ruben Henry is a diligent and detail-oriented professional with over 12 years expertise in residential and commercial electrical engineering.  Proven ability to complete projects within budget and given timeframes.  Ensuring all safety guidelines are adhered to.  We have skills in new house construction, upgrade, troubleshooting, rewiring, AC mini split systems and electric car charging systems.  

Delawrence T. Grant Sr.   has been in the roofing industry for over 30 years working closely with Edward Spann.  Specializing in all kinds of roofing and styles.   We do new roofs, replacement roofs and repairs installing composition shingles, tile roofing, flat surface and restoration.    Excellent workmanship and on time completion on all projects.  

Kelvin Reed is an innovative architect with 25 years of experience in complete architectural environments.  Specialized in residential and commercial buildings and interior architecture.  Provided architectural solutions to a number of top clients over the years within budget and timely manner.  Effective communication with contractors, structural engineers, public works personnel and clients.
